• Visit the lemon grove, dairy animal stables, vegetable crops and then...
• Our proposed tour will offer you the experience of spending an afternoon in an authentic farmhouse where they still grow the produce of the land, including the famous Sorrento lemon, make cheese and dairy products, and knead and enjoy an excellent pizza.
• You will be accompanied by a local guide who will explain everything about the production and harvesting of lemons and will let you taste fresh lemonade and marmelade on the spot.
• Inside the farm you will also be able to see the stables of the cows that produce fresh milk for the daily production of good mozzarella, caciotta, ricotta and butter that daily and for three generations, are distributed and sold in the Sorrento Peninsula; you will also be given the opportunity to learn the art of the master cheesemaker who will make you prepare and eat the mozzarella produced at the moment. After tasting the mozzarella you will move on to the cooking school that will be dedicated instead to the preparation of the Queen of pizzas: the Pizza Margherita: followed by the chef of the family restaurant you will knead the Pizza and ,after baking it, you will eat it comfortably seated on a terrace with the most beautiful view of the Sorrento Peninsula.
