‘Vesuvius: The Legend of Love’ is a musical that tells the story of our land from the eruption of Vesuvius to the Belle Époque.
The story, narrated through the eyes of two lovers who meet through time, is set to the most beautiful songs of the Neapolitan tradition: ‘O Sole Mio’, ‘Torna a Surriento’, ‘Munastero e Santa Chiara’, ‘Reginella’, ‘O Surdato “nnammurato” and “La Tammurriata Nera”, known throughout the world. The songs will be accompanied by traditional dances of the time, including the renowned Tarantella Sorrentina.
The audience will be overwhelmed by a whirlwind of emotions and folklore, making the evening unforgettable.
With 14 dancers and 3 singers, this captivating show is rich in culture and tradition and will appeal to an international audience.
