Just south of Positano, within 10-15 minutes walking distance to the centre, 280 occupies the top two floors of a large building above the road. The property is on a steep incline, with 45 small stairs leading up to the entrance. The rooms are huge and there are two very beautiful large terraces on the front that offer spectacular panoramic views of the rocky cliffs, seacoast villages and the Galli Islands.

A swimming pool is shared by the guest of the 3 apartments, but only if not rented in exclusivity. Free parking is possible on the road. Across the street, two hundred steps lead directly down to the community beach below.

The upper level has a huge open-plan living room on the first level, with a fireplace, sofas, piano and TV.There is a separate dining room and modern kitchen with six gas burners. The floors are white tile, with lovely woolen rugs. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet and clothes washer on this level. Upstairs are three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master room has a large double bed and direct access to a wonderful terrace. The middle room has two beds that can be made up together as a queen or separately as twins. The third bedroom has twin beds, with doors opening onto the large terrace, also with spectacular sea view. There is another kitchen on this level that has been carved out of the exposed stone. The bathroom on this level has a tub with shower, bidet, toilet and sink and an unusual and attractive stone wall.

The lower level is a separate apartment located on the floor below the villa. It has been built to a high standard. It offers a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, balcony with sea view, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and the other bedroom has a balcony with sea view and the bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom. There is a washing machine. In the winter there is heat and in the summer there is air conditioning. Outside is a terrace with umbrella, table and chairs.

The higher Level. A small independent apartment is located on the higher level of the garden, a charming nest with a doublebedroom suite, with living area, a well equipped kitchenette and an en suite bathroom...all with a stunning view on the sea.
