La Capannina is a three story old house bright and elegant, with breathtaking view of the sea and the coast of Amalfi, situated in the center of Praiano, one of the prettiest villages in the province of Salerno (Campania Region), located on a pedestrian street lined with restaurants and shops. The accommodation is accessible from the street level, going up about 56 steps (100 meters) crossing a public walkway in a courtyard.

Is structured with three floors of 200 square meters, consisting of 4 rooms, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people: 3 bedrooms, one of which is accessible from the kitchen by climbing 16 steps, 3 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, an area with two built-in sofas, a sofa bed, flat screen TV with satellite system and an antique brick fireplace, a kitchen with a table for 4 and all the accessories you may need like kitchenware, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee maker and toaster and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The parking lot is suitable for a maximum of one car, however it is not suitable for large SUVs and RVs, alternatively, you can also keep your car in a public parking not booked in advance.
