Description. The villa is on three levels: on the first level is a single, small bedroom with bathroom with shower. The entrance is independent and the window has a view of the sea. On the second level is the central part of the villa spread out entirely facing the sea, and at the rear of the villa is a luxuriant garden. The living-room and dining area, looking onto the sea, have refined furnishings with ethnic pieces and hand-worked glass and stone. The kitchen has an access to the garden and has all the conveniences you might need. There are two bedrooms with bathrooms next to them: the double bedroom has a view of the sea and the bedroom with two single beds looks onto the garden, both bathrooms have showers. By going through the garden or the second entrance with some steps you come to the annex consisting of a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms, of which one is a double and the other has bunk beds; both rooms look into the garden. In the garden is an external shower, and an electrical-powered awning to give shade from the sun or to protect you from humidity at night. There are also two small rooms for use as a laundry and to store the outside cushions and such like. The third level (roof garden) from where you can enjoy the view of the sea through more than 180 degrees, is furnished with kitchen, professional barbecue, corner bar, shower. Large white masonry benches, with fiery red cushions and designer external furnishings with deckchairs, sun-beds, and sunshade make for a very attractive environment. Under an electric-powered awning there are sophisticated lights and a dining table with chairs; there is also satellite TV. The path down to the sea, consisting of several flights of steps, ends in a flat space cut from the rock with a small natural swimming-pool with sea water; entering and leaving the sea is helped by a small steel ladder.
