This charming, old country house has been lovingly and carefully furnished with antiques, prints, water colors and ceramic artworks preserving the important traditions of the Campania region. The style of the house carved out of the hillside of volcanic rock (tufo), together with the fresh colours of blue, white and yellow which run throughout from fabrics to wall coverings to doors to colored tile floors, combine to create an extraordinary seaside home, truly representative of its region. With private gardens and terraces planted with palm trees, bougainvillea and other flowering plants, Villa dell'Uliveto is a perfect place to find peace and relaxation while also having shops and activity only a half-hour away. Upon passing through a private electric gate along an olive tree and flower-lined country road, one arrives at the house set amidst a well-manicured lawn with countless trees, and plants. Parking on the grounds.  

GROUND FLOOR. Entry into the spacious dining room, seating 10-12 with  3-seater couch in alcove under the stairway leading up to the bedrooms. Doors open to terrace(also accessed by living room). Cosy living room with two comfortable couches, one seating three and the other two, 2 side chairs and reclining chaise lounge plus working fireplace. Double doors open directly to the trellis covered terrace where one finds numerous lounge chairs and spacious areas to relax. Spacious fully-equipped eat-in kitchen accessed. Fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing-machine, crockery. A glass paned – door gives access to the outdoor pergola which has two marble –top tables seating a total of 16. Master bedroom off the living room. Double bed with handcrafted headboard. Armoire, side chairs, night stands. En-suite bathroom with bathtub. Guest bathroom with  toilet, washbasin. 

FIRST FLOOR. Single bedroom with 18^th century iron bed frame. En-suite bathroom with shower. Double bedroom in brilliant yellow with picture window revealing stunning views of the Galli islands. A reclining chaise lounge from which to enjoy the view is at the foot of the bed. Charming bathroom with shower, lace curtains, and antique ceramic washbasin. Double doors open up to terrace with lounge chairs.

SECOND FLOOR. External stairs from the terrace lead to the second floor which has two double bedrooms, each with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.

COTTAGE. In the garden about 60 meters away from the main house is an independent cottage lovingly furnished in the style from the 40’s with a sitting room with sofa (which becomes single bed) and picture window. Delightful double bedroom with terracotta floors and en-suite bathroom with shower.
