Villa Poseidon is an elegant and fine house, located in Nerano of Massa Lubrense, between Positano and Sorrento. The gulf of Nerano is one of the few places along the Amalfi Coast that has easy access to the sea, and Villa Poseidon lies inside a residential area that looks straight onto the sea: the villa has wonderful views directly overlooking the sea and a perfect location, in fact a 25 minute boat ride will take you to Positano and Sorrento and a 20 minute ride to the island of Capri. There is a private staircase (128 steps) to the public beach where guests can hire umbrellas and sun beds. The house, is provided with a lift and has no architectural barriers on any of the three floors. The swimming pool with sea water is 8 x 4 meter long and 3,5 meter deep is equipped for handicapped people. Around the swimming pool, there is a terrace furnished with tables, umbrellas, sun loungers, and benches. The villa has all comforts, suitable even for the most demanding guests.

On request they can organise a cooking service, with details to be agreed on the premises.

Ground Floor: large living-room, bar corner, studio with PC & internet connection, access to the panoramic terrace with swimming-pool and private staircase to the public beach, 2 double bedrooms 1 with bathroom with Jacuzzi, and 1 bathroom with shower.

First Floor: small living-room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 master double bedroom with bathroom with Jacuzzi tub for two people, access to a private terrace with a wonderful view of the sea.

Lower floor: dining-room with fireplace, living-room with access to a third panoramic terrace, kitchen with a large refridgerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, and many other accessories, a small wine-cellar with Fridge/Freezer with direct access also from the parking area, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room.

Distances: Sorrento 14 km, Positano 20 km, Naples 65 km.

In the medium season the villa is also available with 4 bedrooms.
