Luigi is a beautiful home from home apartment situated in one of the most scenic areas of the Amalfi Coast, right in the centre of Positano, a couple of minutes walking to the pedestrian area with its restaurant and shops and only 400 m. from the Spiaggia Grande (Big Beach). Thanks to its position you'll enjoy the maximum privacy in its spacious private garden, spending relaxing moments in the newest small in stone pool or under the shady pergola or the typical lemon trees.
Apartment Luigi can be an ideal place for a family of 4 to explore the Amalfi Coast or to live a sample of Italian lifestyle in a lively seaside town as Positano, well known worldwide for its beauty. Also it can be rented altogether with Lory Apartment, located just downstairs, in case your party is larger or need more bedrooms. This is an ideal place for groups of friends, family reunion, couples on honeymoon.
Both the apartments have independent access and are very well decorated with antiques furnishings or in a moorish style. They are also featured by elegant hand made tiles floors in Vietri style and vaulted ceiling. Both the apartments can accommodate a max of 10 people if rented altogheter.
Luigi apartment can sleep four people in a double bedroom and a twin bedroom right next door. So it is the right solution for a family of 4 or a couple. It is appoximately 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private patio and air conditioning.
The apartment has not a private parking and for its position You will not need a car to stay. If you do have one, you can able to park it nearby in a private parking (daily rate around 20/25eur depending on the size of the car).
Outdoor
The doorway will give you access to a large 200 sq. m. garden trhough a short staircase of 15 steps coming down. All the outdoors are sought furnished. There you’ll find wooden benches and chairs, a large table covered with hand made tiles and iron seats. The garden is also equipped with a small pool, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a pizza oven. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by perfumed citrus trees. From the garden you will have a view of the surrounding buildings and of the greenery.
Indoor
The access to Luigi apartment is through a veranda and through the living room, that is paved with handmade tiles, a typical feature of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are refined and typical with a touch of moorish and some antique pieces. The living room is furnished with an armchair and two single beds, that can be used as sofa. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and a flat screen sat tv.
Next door there is the kitchen, well equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a coffee-maker, an American coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen give access to a small bathroom with a shower.
On the opposite the living room is connected to the large master bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed. From the bedroom you can have access to the garden through a french door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with hand made tiles, marbles and equipped with a shower.
