Casa Fernanda is a unique accommodation, recently restored, a flat portion of an ancient villa of the seventeenth century with the arched facade, located in the center of Praiano in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. Carefully restored and furnished with quality furniture, housing still allows you to see the nooks and ancient stucco. The access to the apartment is via about 30 steps and on foot you can reach a grocery store and bus stop that connects to the beaches of La Praia Praiano and Positano.
On one side of the house there is a large terrace for sunbathing, partly shaded and furnished for outdoor dining.
It is structured with a living room with dining area, sofa bed, two armchairs and a dining table for six people, a kitchen area with all the necessary amenities such as gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and other small appliances; 2 double bedrooms with access to the patio with breathtaking sea views, a small attic room with no door bedroom (2 single beds), accessible from the living room (13 steps), 2 bathrooms with shower, a large panoramic terrace where you can enjoy the romantic cliff overlooking the enchanting coves of the Tyrrhenian sea and a large rooftop patio.
