Villa Lucia is located in Praiano, a charming little seaside town, once the summer residence of the doges of the Duchy of Amalfi, which is a prime tourist location on the Amalfi coast, and just a stone’s throw (just 9 km) from Positano and Amalfi. The village offers all the services you require as a tourist and, during the summer, you can find a regular bus service to the La Praia beach and nearby villages of the Amalfi coast like Maiori, Minori, Ravello and Positano.
You can access the accommodation from the parking area up a public walkway of approximately 250 meters in length which includes about 20 steps. It is situated in a tranquil and peaceful location but has good public transport links and a local grocery store nearby.
Villa Lucia is a villa surrounded by a gorgeous garden terrace with an outdoor area for "al fresco" dining. Relax in the comfy lounge chairs, and enjoy the panoramic view of the village and sea below.
On ground floor there is living room with fireplace, a double sofa bed with a direct access from the garden; there is also a dining area with a table that can seat 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen with independent access to an outdoor patio.
On the same floor there are 2 double bedrooms with a sea view, air conditioning and a shared bathroom with shower.
There is also an extra double bedroom accessible via an external staircase with a private bathroom with a shower and a large rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a lovely sea view in the Mediterranean sunshine. It also has a small kitchenette for a coffee!
