Villa Ferrari is a property full of charm, projected and owned from the early 1950s by the Princess Clara de' Martinis d'Aragona, one of the ancient families linked to Neapolitan events of the 17^th century. The villa was the personal retreat of Princess Clara, where she often used to host her intellectual and aristocratic friends. The actual owners of the villa are descendants of the same family, and they have recently restructured it with excellent taste and care.  

The property enjoys a privileged position on the celebrated island of Capri, in a delightful and reserved location near the famous Blue Grotto. Well connected both to the key points of the island, and to the famous "Piazzetta", that offers elegant restaurants, famous night clubs and glamorous shops. This villa is the perfect venue for those seeking absolute relaxation as well as fashionable evenings out.  

It's a two-level villa, elegant and airy, a place of light and silence, with a breathtaking view over the whole of the Bay of Naples. Completely surrounded by a private garden (1,000 sq. m.) facing the sea, filled with Mediterranean maquis, maritime pines, cypresses and olive trees, providing for plenty of shady areas to relax to the singing of birds. A new circular partially above ground pool (6 m. diameter x 1.4 m. deep), well positioned amongst laurel shrubs, overlooking the Gulf and the Vesuvius Volcano in the distance. The interiors with vault-crossed ceilings are adorned with antiques from the 18th and 19th centuries, combined with more contemporary furniture of immaculate taste; embellished with 18th century French prints, trompe l'oeil and contemporary paintings.  

Villa FERRARI sleeps up to 6 people with three double bedrooms (1 king-sized bed/2 French beds), two bathrooms (showers) with one en-suite. A double living-dining room leads to a large terrace connected to the garden, with a shady dining area perfect for al-fresco dining; a very light kitchen, professionally equipped, is adjacent to a little court for the morning breakfast and barbecue.

The villa is provided with air conditioning on the first floor, satellite system, a widescreen LCD TV, TV in every bedroom, safe boxes, Wi-Fi connection, linen for the house and the pool. A private car in the property is available on request for visits on daily trips, for example other exciting destinations such as Naples, Pompei, Positano, Sorrento and the entire Amalfi Coast. Others services on request like housekeeper, female cook, massage therapist, a boat with crew. Beautiful surroundings include a nearby pinewood overlooking the sea, an Imperial Roman archaeological site. With a short walk down (15 minutes) it is possible to swim in the crystal water of the spectacular Blue Grotto, or to get tanned on exclusive beaches, eating specialties of the local cuisine.
