Villa della Torre is a wonderful 4 bedroom villa located in Anacapri a quiet area of Capri, Italy. The villa, based on two levels, enjoys a gorgeous view that embraces the Ischia and Procida Island, the Gulf of Naples on South and Solaro Mount on North. The villa is surrounded by a typical wild Mediterranean garden full of plants, olive trees, palm trees, bouganvilleas, flowers and lemon trees. Villa della Torre is in a private and peaceful but central location at 3 minutes by walking to the bus stop, 5 minutes by car to the centre of Anacapri or to the Lido of Faro (Lighthouse) di Punta Carena, that you can reach by a 10 minutes walking. The property is right at 2 minutes to the wellknown Torre Materita.
The main access is through an arched gateway with a beautiful handmade iron gate, a dry stone walls and small gardens borders the access pathway. The small parking square at the entrance to the villa is adorned by a marble fountain. The 5000 sq. m. outdoors are featured by 6 table with handmade tiles, stones or with inlaid marbles; 2 gazebos for a cocktail or a relaxing moment, many shady terraces. Every corner is furnished with armchairs, lounges, benches and hammocks. The villa has a large and panoramic pool with an irregular shape (16 m. x 8 m.). It is bordered with quartz stones and can be illuminated in the evening offering soft white light to the terrace. The corner of terrace has a built-in semicircle bench with a round table surrounded by violet bougainvillea.

A large and covered terrace overlooks the pool terrace, the garden and all the property, beyond which you have a wonderful view of the sea. This is the perfect location to relax at the end of the day while the sun is setting over the islands of Ischia and Procida. The terrace is furnished with armchairs and chaise longue. A large rounde table with hand made tiles will be one of the best place to have an al fresco dinner.
All the rooms of ground floor and first floor have large windows with views of the garden, pool area and the sea.
