This exclusive villa is furnished with items of value and elegance. The charming Villa Tiberio is composed of a main building of 140 square meters distributed on two levels and a dependance of about 70 sq. m. separated from the main house by a flight of perfectly illuminated steps, they run through the various terraces, where you will also find a beautiful lemon groove.

In the main villa on the ground floor we have a double room with direct access to the patio area with table, chairs and sofas, an adjacent bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, also with direct access to the patio. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the patio.

Upstairs we have a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The room leads to a terrace from which you can admire a wonderful view of Capri and the Bay of Naples. This room has a separate entrance which is accessed by a large garden.

Outside there is a large barbecue area with kitchen, living area under the beautiful pergola, and a beautiful infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by a solarium equipped with sun loungers and a convenient outdoor shower with hot water. The entire outdoor area is equipped with hi-fi and Wi-Fi.

This first part of the villa is ideal for 4 people. The annex is composed of a living room and two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The rooms have direct access to an outdoor area. Access to the Annex is both from the main Villa through a staircase, and directly from Via Castello. This Annex can be rented together with the main villa if the number of guests is greater than 4. The whole Villa including the Annex is 'ideal for families with older children and / or groups of friends of 8 persons.

The scenario that Villa Tiberio offers is Capri and the marvellous view of the Gulf of Naples, on the tip of Campanella, Positano and Li Galli.

HOW TO GET: The Villa is located in the centre of Capri, just a 10 minute walk from the Piazzetta. If you arrive by taxi you can be accessed the Villa directly from the street and then walk for about 3 minutes. From the port of Marina Grande you arrive by car in 10 minutes.

THE NEARBY: Definitely a must is the tour around the island whose main stages are: Marina Grande, The statue of Scugnizzo, The Coral Cave, The White Grotto, the Arco Naturale, Villa Malaparte, I Faraglioni, the Bay of Marina Piccola, The Green Grotto, The Lighthouse of Punta Carena, the Blue Grotto. Another must see is the so-called 'Migliara' and the famous Villa San Michele, the house-museum of Swedish writer Axel Munthe, from which you can admire a unique and exceptional view. Do not miss the Gardens of Augustus, formed by a series of flowered terraces. Finally the chairlift to Monte Solaro where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples and Salerno. The surroundings of Capri, the Amalfi Coast, Pompei and Herculaneum, Procida Island, Sorrento and Castellammare di Stabia, Island of Ischia.
