Divided into two districts of Capri and Anacapri and with the quaint villages of Marina Grande, around the harbor and Marina Piccola, the isle has a prevalently mountainous landscape. The steep, jagged coastline is penetrated by fascinating grottoes - 65 of them, including the outstanding Blue Grotto - and flanked by enthralling rocks, above all the famous Faraglioni, now the symbol of Capri.
Villa il Faro is a lovely 3 bedroom villa located in the countryside of Anacapri right in the beautiful natural area, accessible by a 5 minute car drive from the centre of Anacapri and 5 minutes to the Faro Beach. Thanks to its panoramic position you can enjoy incredible views to the sea overlooking the islands of Ischia, Procida and Capo Miseno.
The entrance does not have any steps, but a modern access leading through a little private park takes you to the villa.
The villa has 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and 1 twin bedded room) and 3 bathrooms all built up with typical majolica tiles in Capri-style. The bedrooms have access onto a nice terrace, where you can enjoy your time sunbathing or relaxing reading a book. The terrace is equipped with automatic canopies, providing shade when necessary. Lounge viewing onto the sea and the islands Ischia and Procida.
The kitchen, which is large and fully equipped, is built in a typical Caprese style. Beside the house there is a terrace in typical Capri style with tiled pavement, while the main terrace has a large terrace with pool and garden area planted with Mediterranean vegetation offering stunning sea views.
The pool area has outdoor shower, a gazebo in wood ideal for dining or relaxing outdoors.
The house manager lives in a separate unit into the property and can assist you for any emergency.
Additional services available for additional cost: additional maid service for 15 euros per hour, porter services, taxi services, additional daily concierge services (for restaurant reservations, boat excursions, chef services and waiter. Security Deposit: 1500 Euro in cash upon arrival to be refunded at the end of the stay minus costs for any damages to the property or unpaid services bills incurred during your stay.
