Recently renovated, Villa Mulo is a new property for rent, it is close to one of the most panoramic area af the island, Marina Piccola, a few minutes walk from the beautiful sea side of Capri, Lo Scoglio delle Sirene, far away from cars, but easy to reach.  

The villa is easily accessible both on foot (by crossing the famous little piazza, full of colour Mediterranean flowers and plants), or by car in 2 minutes by walking. It overlooks on a part of the bay of Marina Piccola where fall down the wonderful Faraglioni, two enormous vertical rocks protruding from the sea, symbol of Capri and often seen in the postcards of Capri. The villa is accessible directly from the road through a private pedestrian path leading down to the property entrance and is well located at only 5minutes to the old fashioned Piazzetta. The beach is located within a short walk from the villa (10 minutes by walking down or 2 minutes by bus or taxi), it offers umbrella and sun lounge rentals. A supermarket and restaurant are just 300 meters from the property while all the main facilities, such as banks, bars, shops, etc., are located in Capri town about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive. There is a bus stop for the local bus located very close to the villa. 

Villa Mulo has its own separate entrance, it is 10 minutes far from Due Golfi, and close to the famous shopping Center of La Piazzetta. The house is surrounded by pine trees and many other Mediterranean plants. It consists in 3 double bedrooms for 6 persons, 2 bedrooms in the main house and one double bedroom in a separate annex, a nice and very confortable drawing-room with the garden at one side and a large sunny terrace watching the sea of Marina Piccola the other side. The villa has also an equipped kitchen with 5 range stove top, 1 over, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher and a separate laundry room with washing machine, sink and ironing facilities.

DISTANCES: Capri centre is less than a mile; Anacapri: 3 miles; Naples: 70 minutes by boat (less with hydrofoil).
