The Casina Rossa (the red small home) is situated on the main road leading up from the Marina Piccola beach and is only a 5-minute walk from the town square and famous Piazzetta. The property has 2 private accesse one to go down to the beach in 10minutes and the other to go to Piazzetta. Entrance onto the 2-level house grounds is through a private gate, into a large garden foyer filled with smells of the island, including mint and basil plants, palm trees, and roses of various colors.
The villa enjoys cosy spaces, sought furnishings, original handmade, ceramic tile floors, various heirlooms and antiques. This 3-bedrooms property has two doubles and a twin (which can be converted into a double or arranged as a triple bedroom). The property is perfect for 3 couples or a family with smaller children.
The access to the house is from both the levels. The villa's first floor features original ceramic tile floors and charming furnishings in a classical style. The access is on a large living room surrounded by french windows facing on the garden and a wonderful view of Capri and the sea. The living has several armchairs and sofa for a pleasant reading time or coffee/tea break. The living leads to the dining room with a round dining tables for 8 people and the small but fully equipped kitchen. the dining and kitchen face onto a fresh pergolato where is accommodated a table with seats for al fresco dinner; on the same ground there is a large double bedroom with a new en-suite bathroom with shower.
The steps outside lead from the first floor to the second level with an independent access. The entrance is a small room that gives access to two bedrooms. The second floor bedrooms have each a bathroom: a double has a shower and a triple, that can be arranged also as a double or a twin, has a bath tub. The rooms furnished much like the first lead out onto a large terrace enjoying 2 sun beds and charis for relaxing where you can enjoy spectacular views from every angle.
