Villa Nastro Verde is part of a villa situated along the road that links the southern part of Sorrento to Sant'Agata Sui due Golfi. It is a very panoramic road lined with villas that boast a spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius. The villa is spread out over three floors along the garden which is also made up of various terracing. Villa Nastro Verde is located on the higher level where the swimming pool is positioned and offers a breathtaking view of the sea, Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples. Sorrento is only approx. 4 km away.
The house has various terracing where you can enjoy a postcard-like landscape with Vesuvius rising above the gulf and reflecting in the sea, which in this area is a deep blue. Villa Nastro Verde is therefore a portion of a recently renovated villa. It is well furnished and equipped with all the comforts as well as splendid private swimming pool of 70 m2 with a sun terrace of approx. 130 m2 with changing room / bathroom. In order to fully enjoy the peace and quiet on the terraces, the villa is equipped for outdoor dining with wood-burning pizza oven and large barbecue.
