Immersed in the colours, aromas and unique flavours of the Mediterranean Sea it offers a spectacular sea view that dominates all of the Gulf of Naples, island of Ischia and the close Sorrento coast. Villa Capo di Sorrento is a 300 square meters villa which accommodates six people. The complex may only be reserved in its entirety.
The villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a wide panoramic terrace, pool of 13 x 5 meters (approximately 43 x 16.4 feet), solarium and a 1000 square metre Mediterranean garden with an evocative view of the sea.This magnificent property lies in a valley of olive and lemon trees 2 km from the centre of Sorrento (approximately 1.2 miles), 500 metres from the first rock beach and 12km from Positano (approximately 7.5 miles).
The villa is divided into 3 levels at the complete disposition of the guests. The third level, equipped with an independent entrance and situated on the lower floor of the villa has 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a small living room.
Outside The pride of the villa is the splendid pool, equipped with a corner hydro massage and circulated with deck chairs and sun beds where you can relax and obtain a golden tan. Fitted with a shower and mini bar, this is the place which offers the most privacy throughout the villa. Sheltered by green trees, it is embellished with a lively play of colours created by the flowers that bloom all year round. Close to the pool is a shaded white gazebo with tables and chairs in which to relax and enjoy the cool summer breeze during the hottest hours of the day. This wonderful holiday villa is immersed in the green of a spacious 1000 square metre garden that flow over two levels offering diverse corners which display views of the sea.
The typically Mediterranean well groomed garden is rich in flowers of every variety such as geraniums, roses, hydrangeas, olive trees, lemon trees and magnolias which through the process of regeneration, ensures that diverse floral notes are continuously enjoyed. Opposite the entrance of the villa is a spacious portico under which there is a large table with chairs. During the summer season, breakfast is served here where you may particularly enjoy the quiet. The garden opposite the ground floor of the villa is characterised by a great green lawn under which a sun umbrella, wrought iron deckchairs and a cocktail cart is found.The garden on the lower floor is reached by descending down a lovely stone staircase, framed by lush bushes of hydrangeas. The mind is immediately carried off by an elegant white gazebo nestled among the trees, an intimate refuge for the hottest hours of the day.
Inside This self-catering vacation villa overlooking the sea of Sorrento decorated in an antique Tuscan style and spread over two levels, both with sunny terraces which face the blue of the Gulf of Naples and the island of Ischia. The villa’s interior, is of intense blue, salmon and white and was designed to offer an exclusive realm, where the charming elements unite as one.
GROUND FLOOR. Past the front door, a wide area comprising of a living room and dining room opens up before you. The living room is decorated with a fire place, lounge chairs, armchairs, satellite TV, computer station with internet connection and two glass doors that allow both access to the terrace and your enjoyment of the fantastic sea view from your living room.
The lunch room is furnished with a table with chairs and an antique sideboard, from a private collection of a Florentine villa dating back to the 1700’s. Still on the ground floor is a spacious kitchen, equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils. From the kitchen, it is possible to access the garden area where the barbeque and a wood fired oven to prepare pizza are found. Thanks to its characteristics, Villa Capo di Sorrento is an ideal villa for organizing an entertaining pizza party.
FIRST FLOOR. The sleeping area where you find the bedrooms is reached through a flight of 18 steps of antique Tuscan terracotta.
The villa is equipped with three spacious bedrooms with sea views and direct access to the first floor terrace. The two matrimonial bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms (one of which contains a shower and the other a Jacuzzi bath). The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which if necessary, can be combined to form the third matrimonial room and has a bathroom with shower which is reached via the corridor. All the bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and courtesy kit and are decorated with majolica mosaic tiles that confer a light filled and fresh atmosphere. The décor of the rooms are attended to in the smallest detail and is decorated with artwork, linen curtains and Murano glass chandeliers.
The terrace offers a marvellous panorama of the island of Ischia, Gulf of Naples and Punta di Sorrento. A part of the terrace offers the shade of a pergola with flowers, table and chairs: the ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine and admire the splendid sunset that precedes the evening.
