The villa has 2 stunning terraces equipped by lounge and sofa and one has an hydro massage jacuzzi pool. A newest pool has just set in the garden to fully enjoys this wonderful retreat.
The spacious gardens also have a dining area fitted for 16 people, tables, chairs and a barbeque and views over the Mediterranean. In the garden there is also a private parking for up to 2 cars.
This is a very high quality property in a much sought after area of the Sorrento coast.
The ground floor has the large open plan living area which comprises a sitting area with comfortable sofas and fireplace as well as a large flat screen television with satellite channels, DVD and home theatre system. From here is the dining room with seating for 12 guests (some other guests ca be seated too extending the table). Adjacent to here is the large fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including an espresso maker, a barbecue and induction cooker. This modern kitchen is maybe one of the most beautiful kitchen you'll find around Italian villas! A small bathroom and a laundry room are on the same floor.
The living room gives access on 3 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom 2 with a shower and the other with bathtub.
A short flying step leads to a wide terrace equipped by a lounge area. From the terrace you'll enjoy all the beauty of the stunning Bay of Naples.
On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms which comprise a double with en suite bathroom (with a bathtub) and a small private terrace, a double with en suite shower room and terrace access, an impressive master bedroom with a double dressing room, 2 baths and a gourgeous jacuzzi with chromotherapy and terrace access.
