Surrounded by trees Villa Delle Felci is in a quiet position on top of a hill. Stepped path to the house and the sea. The Villa is a charming stone house surrounded by 350 sq. m. garden. You can reach in 10 minutes the famous 'Piazzetta'. Beach is approx. 15 minutes at walking distance.
Exterior: Villa Delle Felci is hidden among the green gardens that protects your privacy from outside. The Villa has tree large terraces overlooking the sea. The first one which is leading to the main entrance of the villa, is furnished with a table and chairs made in low carbon where you can have your breakfast sitting under pine trees, and enjoying the breathtaking view on the sea and the Faraglioni. Chairs and comfortable armchairs offer you some other relax.
You can reach the second terrace by a staircase from the garden, or from the master bedroom where you can sit around a comfortable small and very elegant swimming pool. All comfort is around: beds, towels chairs, sun umbrellas, small tables, where the guests can relax and swim. You also have a changing room with shower for your comfort.
From this terrace another few steps take you to a lemon garden and to a small gate from where you reach the main street going to the Marina Piccola beach.
Interior: The entrance to the villa through two "azulejos", typical Portuguese blue ceramic figures on the wall, takes you into the dining and the living room with a fireplace. The room is full of light and from the window you can admire the stunning view on the sea and the "Faraglioni".
The furniture and the "Vietri" tiles on the floor give to the house the typical Capri style touch. All the rooms the kitchen and the bathrooms have been refurbished with all comforts and air conditioning.
There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. On the lower floor there is the master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and 1 double (twin) bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
From these rooms you can accede directly to the terrace and the pool.
